This blog is designed as a one-place guide to some of the things you might need to know, need to learn, need to share, and need to get for new parents.
Before I delivered my three kids, I craved a simple place for information. I wanted someone to simply tell me what I needed to know, learn, and get. Then I wanted people to tell me their delivery stories and share all the things they thought people should have told them about pregnancy but for some reason never did.
Several years ago a good friend of mine became pregnant for the first time. She turned to me as a mother of two, at the time, and asked..."What do I need to know?" It is for her that I started a pamphlet, but it is for all the other first-time mothers that need an experienced friend (who didn't have their baby 30 years ago) that I offer this blog.
It is my hope that this blog will become a place for information and sharing. Things change so often that static information sources like books are really quite useless, but here, in this blog, parents can share their feelings and opinions in a totally open and giving forum. Good luck!
